I have been to Chinese restaraunts all over the country. This one just will not be making the list of ones I am coming back to. I had roast pork egg foo young and it was almost burnt. It was over cooked, dry and hard. Both it and the fried rice had enough "char" to them that they tasted burnt. The pork fried rice was weirdly sticky to go with the burnt charred taste. The egg rolls were hard and tasteless as well. Perhaps they could use a few more cooks so they can watch the food better. They were extremely busy with take out deliveries so perhaps this is a momentary lapse or a bad night. Sadly I do not care enough to come back to find out.

I love this place! I have been eating their food regularly for years now. Both the Chinese food and the sushi are always good. It’s Cantonese owned so those are the best dishes there. My favorite is the ginger beef with string beans. The online ordering system works well for take out or delivery.
